What makes working at 4C special for you?
For me, 4C is a highly professional consultancy with vision, short paths and pragmatic decisions. For me, it is the opportunity to identify with my work and to make a difference. The internal structure as well as the quality of the work fascinated me from my first day. The combination of conceptual work and operational implementation still motivates me every day. And yet the company has remained down-to-earth and the partner, like the consultant, is a colleague and not just a superior.
Your way to 4C
We pay a lot of attention to the personal development of our employees, which is coordinated together on an annual basis. Everyone can set their own pace and thus "make their own luck". I started as a consultant in 2005 and over the years I was able to establish myself as a valuable consultant from project employee to sub-project manager to project manager. Through further training, e.g. at the St. Gallen Management School and at the Controller Academy, I was able to develop myself both professionally and as a motivator and leader. In the meantime, as a partner, I am responsible for our topics in the CFO Office; both externally in customer projects and internally in our Competence Center. This step underpins my deep commitment to the consulting and corporate philosophy of the 4C GROUP.
What does being a TURE CHARACTER mean to you?
When you think of TURE CHARACTERS, you usually think of people who are different and stand out. I myself would not claim that I stand out due to special characteristics or behavior. You don't have to. On the other hand, I am a "long-distance runner" and that's exactly why I still call myself a TRUE CHARACTER: I think in the long term, pay attention to what really matters and focus precisely on that; I don't give up and always go the extra mile; I value my free time and life very much and have therefore been creating an optimal balance between everyday work and private life for 19 years - you don't have to work 14 hours a day to be a good consultant!

With my family I like to be in the mountains skiing, climbing or just eating Kaiserschmarrn!
