Your path to 4C?
As a career changer, I took the leap into a new professional challenge during the pandemic. The job advertisement from 4C came like a happy coincidence and opened the door for me from the hotel world to the exciting marketing world within a management consultancy. Since then, I have taken the opportunity to work on new and exciting projects with inspiring colleagues who have both challenged and supported me. My experiences from the hotel industry seamlessly flowed into my current tasks and enriched the diversity of my work at 4C.

What excites me about my area of focus?
What makes my work so special is the opportunity to actively shape the 4C brand and further develop it with my own ideas. Our work is based on the idea of creating something that lasts and leaves a lasting impression.

What does it mean to be a  True  Character for me?
Being a "real type" means being authentic and true to oneself. It is about knowing yourself, having your convictions, and living by them, regardless of external influences. It also means treating others with respect and kindness and not pretending to be someone else to please others.
