We are consultants who get involved with our clients and immerse ourselves in their business models. You can't do that if you only want to gain "insights" quickly. Career@4C is designed as a life-time model in which everyone makes a career as fast as it is good for them. A long-term approach also applies to our growth strategy. Quality comes before turnover.

We are family. We have fun on the projects, in success and with each other. As a team, we are happy when the workplace becomes a professional and social home. Our rituals are as old as our company and we stick to them, which is why we have had the 4C wristwatch since the beginning, for 10 years of "riding along for the ride".

We deliver advice "differently from others", because we make our clients' challenges and goals our own. Our consulting philosophy "temporary co-driver" shapes the relationships with our clients. Our discipline is the long haul. Our promise to our clients is the extra mile. Enforcing performance is our mission.

"Roll up your sleeves and work together" - this is our motto. Own ideas have a good chance at 4C. They are appreciated and supported if they are not only new but also good. We not only encourage the development of good ideas, but also support our employees in implementing them on their own responsibility.

We see our own social responsibility as a prerequisite for long-term corporate success. That's why we bring the topic of corporate social responsibility not only to our customers, but also to the focus of all our employees.

We believe in the power of diversity. We create flexible corporate structures that offer all our employees a long-term career path and promote our diversity. We are colourful and want to become even more so. To this end, we use various formats, such as the women@4C network as a forum for the development of our female consultants.

Our partners are hard to recognise. They are not aloof, but in the middle of the action. They spend more than half of their time training our staff or on projects with our clients.

Eleven football stars do not make a team. Only tigers don't make a zoo. For us, the mix of talents and characters makes for success - and fun.
