„Since day one, 4C has stood for me for individual development paths, personal challenges and teamwork.“
Dr. Manuel Iserloh Senior PartnerFrom intern to senior partner
Your way to 4C?
Through personal contacts I got to know 4C as a small, very energetic consulting team. The development of a new consulting field that had just started was a perfect match for my ideas. The dynamics, with which experience and quality standards led to innovations as well as to successful customer projects in the short term through committed employees, still convinces me today.
What makes working at 4C special to you?
For me, 4C is a performance-oriented company that offers its employees first-class training and the expansion of technical and methodological expertise, both through teamwork and the involvement of partners in project work. The joint success is shared through a bonus dependent on the company's results and the possibility of employee participation. Our flexibility and culture ensure that we remain open to individual needs.
Since day one, 4C has stood for individual development paths and personal challenges for me. In addition to my first operational consulting project, I was able to complete my diploma thesis at the same time. In the course of my professional development, I was able to help establish various focal points for which 4C stands today and implement the first successful projects. Taking responsibility for project success and employee teams at an early stage was always both an incentive and fun. Today, many employees at all levels can share such experiences.
What excites you about your consulting area?
After many projects and customers in the industry, it was then time for me and 4C to bring the best practices of these industries to the healthcare sector. Especially in restructuring phases and turnaround projects, we have to and can bring in expertise from every 4C consulting field. That's where we can bring tangible added value to hospitals. In the meantime, the healthcare industry has become an engine for digitalization, and transformation projects are bringing quantum leaps for employees and patients; that is the future.
What does it mean to me to be a TRUE CHARACTER?
For the successful growth of 4C, teamwork -in the project and as a company- is a key factor in my view. But even in a team you can't just run with it, you have to have an opinion on important issues and say so. Sometimes it's about company opportunities, sometimes it's about a difficult project, sometimes it's about people. As a true 4C character, we dare to stand by our convictions at eye level. Our colleagues expect this from us, and our customers appreciate it.
Personal Expedition
Motivation and stamina are important for project success. This also applies to mountain sports and is a special experience for me every time I stand on a mountain peak.
